Manifesting the excellence of French craftsmanship, the Compagnons du Devoir & du Tour de France is a recognised public-benefit association that has developed a range of training programmes in construction, industrial technologies, flexible materials, and culinary arts.
Concerned about the future of the bakery and pastry industry, the association has launched a training programme to become Bakery and Pastry Product Development Technician. Integrating both the agrochemical design and manufacturing processes as well as the marketing of products, this programme meets the needs of a constantly evolving sector, particularly in terms of sustainable development, consumer trends and health standards, as well as the rise of franchises and industrial production.
As part of their communication project for this new training, Guillaume Bury assisted the association in creating a series of videos featuring testimonials from apprentices and instructors.
